Da Russland nun eindeutig die Oberhand auf dem Schlachtfeld hat, bietet Putin erneut an, Frieden auf der Grundlage der sabotierten Istanbuler Vereinbarungen von 2022 zu verhandeln. Dies ist eine ziemliche Überraschung, hauptsächlich weil der uns bekannte Vertragsentwurf so vorteilhaft für die Ukraine ist. Ist dies ein Olivenzweig von Herrn Putin an Herrn Selenskyj, um endlich zu tatsächlichen Verhandlungen zu kommen?

Now that Russia clearly has the upper hand on the battle field, Putin once again offers to negotiate peace based on the sabotaged Istanbul Agreements of 2022. This is quite a surprise mainly because the draft agreement that we know about is so beneficial to Ukraine. Is this an olive branch from Mr. Putin to Mr. Zelensky to finally come around and agree to actual negotiations?
