Africa Speeches at the 77th United Nations General Assembly
Day 3 of the General Debate is taking place as part of the 77th United Nations General Assembly at UN HQ in New York City, on Tuesday September 20. UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres, will begin the talks with his annual report on the organisation's activities. High-level delegations will then have the opportunity to discuss global affairs. The General Debate continues until September 26.
