Ein Team konnte diese ,,zukünftigen Polizisten" filmen, aber auch die Banden treffen, die die gesamte Stadt Philadelphia ernähren.

Une équipe a pu filmer ces "futurs flics" mais aussi rencontrer les gangs qui soutiennent toute la ville de Philadelphie.
Camden is the poorest and most dangerous city in the United States. Three years ago, the situation was so desolate that the federal authorities decided to turn it into a laboratory for the police of the future. A team was able to film these "cops-to-be" but also meet the gangs that support the entire city of Philadelphia.
